Rob Hughes 

Rob is a highly experienced leader of businesses that have experienced rapid growth under his leadership.

After qualifying at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Rob has led a number of businesses through periods of rapid growth in a variety of sectors. Initially as an owner/manager of a business in the construction sector, other sector experience includes software, pet distribution and education, in his most recent role of CEO of a North-East based Multi Academy Trust.

Rob continues to support a number of businesses across the North-East and Yorkshire in his role as Fractional C-Suite Executive or Non-Executive Director.

Rob is the father of three football mad boys and as such spends a lot of time on touchlines. He is also a lifelong Oldham Athletic fan.
